Nero's Killing Machine?
[edit]"Nero's Killing Machine" By Stephen Dando-Collins claims this legion was trained as a macedonian phalanx with 21 foot spears.. could someone check primary sources and see if that was the case? It'd rather interesting.
"Right side" of the Danube?
