Alegal

In Argentina, fictional child pornography is really alegal, you can still draw it. 2800:2145:B400:79:8D54:7F35:380C:99B6 (talk) 22:36, 18 June 2023 (UTC)

Debate neutrality

I'm tagging the debate section as it does not seem to represent the debate but rather further advance the arguments for laws against child pornography. For example every argument for its legality contains a counter argument against it right after it but not the opposite. Further there's no mention of prohibiting virtual child pornography and that it has been debated even by academics in legislatures as being nonsensical. There is no mention of research that possession and usage does not lead to an increase in sexual abuse or that the research pointing to such is either not very substantial and lacking or in some cases non-existent. Laws that allow adolescents to engage in sexual activities but not in pornography and hence also cause issues with sexting have also increasingly been under fire. Edit request

I noticed that the UK Fictional cell says 'Illegal' but the summary says 'pseudo-photograph', which is defined in the law as 'appears to be a photograph'. I think 'Legal; not realistic' would be more accurate here. 2A02:AB88:248D:1C00:A310:3F9C:4C73:E41B (talk) 14:18, 14 December 2023 (UTC)
