Redirect from Electronic Invoicing - this redirect is not correct - should rather redirect "Electronic Invoicing" to "Electronic Billing" or "EIPP". Pical (talk) 14:20, 8 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure how this discussion thing works, just want to point out that this article is rather confusing:

There are no references
To what countries/states does it apply?
What does 'legal' mean with respect to this aticel (cite laws/regulations)
