@Allenl5566: Good start on the article. A few quick suggestions:

• It seems that the references likely establish notability but it would help if you can provided links to the articles in your references? I would like to check these out!
• I think there are some issues with tone. I know you are excited about Legacy House but reading this seems to me more like this is more of an description of pamphlet about the organization than an encyclopedia articles. Some of the details might not be appropriate for an encyclopedia article and the way you write it should should closely follow WP:NPOV. Why don't you try to revise the article so that it's more of an "objective" description of facts. If somebody had never heard of Legacy House, what would they want to know?

I think it's getting better but there's definitely still room for improvement. For example, although the article is, indeed, less breathless, I'm not sure it does as much as it should to articulate why the organization is notable (i.e., important, especially in terms of Wikipedia's guidelines). Hi Allenl5566, the subject of this article looks like a nice social service organization. However, I agree with Mako that more third-party references are necessary to establish that this organization meets Wikipedia's notability requirements. I'll refer you to the General notability guideline and suggest that you might look for references in news organizations other than newspapers. For example, it's ok to link to archived television reports. In general, I think that most retirement homes are unlikely to meet Wikipedia's notability standards, so you have a bit of an uphill climb to establish the notability of this organization. @Allenl5566: I would focus on adding all of the references on this page and then maybe asking a reference librarian at UW for help searching for additional coverage to help improve it even more. Pine is right but that articles on retirement homes are unusual but you've convinced me that Legacy House is special. Your goal now is to convince others including those who might be skeptical.

You need to establish this by explaining why LH is special in your article by spelling it out for viewers. You should also use references to establish notability according to the general notability guideline. I think you can do this. That one page on the organizations websites lists three articles in the Seattle Times, one in the Seattle PI, and one in KUOW. It seems that there is more as well.
