Criticism
[edit]As with every edit I ever make, this one was rolled back. Leaving it here so somebody can source it "acceptably" if they want to.
The site has been criticized for "expiring" older guestbooks and requiring payment of a fee to restore access, seen as exploiting the grief of survivors. [1]

- Since about 5 years ago, Legacy.com's search mechanism seems to have deteriorated dramatically. Notably, filtering by state (of the US) only seems to be available for Alabama, Alaska, and Arizona. Is the company failing? But, I have not found any online discussion of this deterioration, so I cannot add it to this article. Acwilson9 (talk) 18:17, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
