GA review – see WP:WIAGA for criteria
- Is it reasonably well written?
- A. Prose quality:
- This is awkward: A brief encounter with a privateer separated the Brillant, one of the expedition's six ships. As is this: On September 11 Lieutenant Colonel Rhett sailed the colonial flotilla out to find the invaders, but found they had sailed off. Clarify this: They also mobilized Indian forces to attack Mobile, but these efforts were frustrated in part by French diplomacy and false rumors of another Franco-Spanish expedition. Was it the combination of French diplomacy and false rumors that frustrated the planned attack? Rephrased all of these. Magic♪piano 12:35, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
- B. MoS compliance for lead, layout, words to watch, fiction, and lists:
- Add state of publication for all those that don't have it, and need place of publication for Marley, which should also be listed alphabetically in the References section. Done Magic♪piano 12:35, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
