Since she is president and all, the notability is implied. However, since the mentioned societies do not have wikipedia articles, their own notability is not established yet (we known quite a few organizations with tall titles kinda "International Institute for the Advancement of Achievements in Progress"). In adition, the article is poor without description (based on references to repotable sources) of the reasons for her recognition.
