Wilfley activities post 1909 The article says he returned to the US "for life". However, Mr. Wilfley appears in a 1913 document with a law office in Mexico City. The document (link below) states he was part of the "American Colony" in Mexico City that participated in an attempt to persuade incoming President Wilson to keep then Ambassador Henry Lane Wilson in office.
