Vukmir brags about being an ALEC member "in good standing" on her own website

Marijuana stance
[edit]This section should be deleted. This is entirely undue. While this issue ( medical marijuana) may be of importance to some editors, it isn't in the top 100 things that Vukmir is known for. Really? We are going to take this issue and insert it? Not leadership on Act 10 that inspired 100,000 protestors, not concealed carry, not defending smoking and tobacco in public places, not Badger Care? None of these get any attention, just marijuana. This is the very definition of WP:UNDUE.Capitalismojo (talk) 03:00, 26 May 2012 (UTC)
- This isn't undue at all and shouldn't be whitewashed from the article. This isn't as much about her stance on medical marijuana as the fact that she accused her fellow legislators of having a secret agenda to legalize. The incident was covered in reliable news sources and the two sentences that were added do not comprise undue weight. If you think it would bring more balance to the article, I would support including Vukmir's positions on issues as well; those that you listed as well as TABOR. Gobōnobo + c 09:51, 28 May 2012 (UTC)
- I concur. Even in the current poisonous Wisconsin political atmosphere, the bold accusations against her colleagues are noteworthy enough to justify a couple of sentences. --Orange Mike | Talk 13:56, 28 May 2012 (UTC)
- Well, I think it's a goofy addition. The legies were accusing each other of all sorts of things last year ( and this year). Oh, well...if OrangeMike thinks it's of value I will concur.Capitalismojo (talk) 16:17, 28 May 2012 (UTC)
