Founded in 1933, not 1935

@Smasongarrison, Avocado, Soman, and Mindy Dirt: : The journal was at first published in Geneva in 1933-1934, then the founder and editor-in-chief, Alfred Hefter, was expelled from Switzerland and back in Bucarest he continued the publication under the same title from 1935 to 1940.
