Lawrence Ward (Serjeant-at-Arms) → ? – Request removing 'Serjeant at Arms' after Lawrence Ward as the main title page to bring into line with other post holders who do not have this suffice, and to allow recent information on Lawrence Ward to be included that is not related to the Serjeant role. Do not sign this. Bardsworthy (talk) 13:02, 30 October 2018 (UTC)
- Oppose - There is already an article tiled Lawrence Ward. The "(Serjeant-at-Arms)" is there to disambiguate this article from the other. He is notable because he was Serjeant-at-Arms of the House of Commons, and so it makes sense to use that. He is not the only one who's article is disambiguated as such, eg Michael Cummins (Serjeant-at-Arms). Bardsworthy, there is nothing stopping you from adding more recent information on him (as long as it follows WP:BLP and is referenced). Gaia Octavia Agrippa Talk 13:54, 30 October 2018 (UTC)
- Oppose. Should probably be renamed to Lawrence Ward (serjeant-at-arms). But I don't really see the point of the nomination. -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:24, 31 October 2018 (UTC)
