[edit]Editing: there was not a 1967 U.S. presidential election, so this was changed to the year that made sense. There might have been a 1973 Congressional race in Illinois' 7th if there was a special election; if there was, this should be noted, and if not, this needs to be changed, too. He actually appeared on ballots as "Lar 'America First' Daly." He may have had to change his name legally to force that. He must have garnered some votes from vo9ters who thought he was related to Mayor Daley's family due to the similarity of the names. WHPratt (talk) 00:20, 13 February 2018 (UTC)
