Is this really accurate?
[edit]I mean, it's not only SHIFTING production. It's just generally PRODUCING more once production has reached it's peak and is at complete efficiency.
Sure, shifting production costs, but, again, only if maximum output has been reached (or if you, for example, want to shift production without using any of the resources you have unused).
So it's not only shifting, but also producing more of the same that will increase costs.24.46.33.210 (talk) 19:30, 6 January 2011 (UTC)
