Examples
[edit]🤔: The articles preface deals with the Law Against Rehabilitation of Nazism which made denying of Nazi crimes a criminal offense (Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia). But in the Applications part, there are cases where another law was applied – Offences Code of Russia, which perceives a public showing of Nazi symbols as an administrative offense, not a crime (Article 20.3). You can make sure of it if you know the fact that Criminal code of Russia doesn’t allow charge a criminal fine lesser than 5000 roubles ([1]). So, these examples aren't relevant. — Preceding unsigned comment added by XVodolazx (talk • contribs) 13:16, 20 April 2018 (UTC)
- That's interesting, but we need sources for that. You may be right, but the cited sources don't seem to make this distinction. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 04:30, 22 April 2018 (UTC)
