Hi, I am planning on adding a section of Snyder's contribution to modern genetics for my History of Modern Medicine Class. Samuelkou (talk) 02:37, 31 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Samuelkou, I would also be interested in expanding this article for the assignment. What do you think would be good categories to add to this article? KaylaMa (talk) 01:06, 6 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Samuel. I enjoyed reading your article, especially the part that described how Snyder contributed in building a stronger relationship between the countries of the East and West. The small anecdote about his parents being Christian missionaries in Africa was interesting as well. To improve your article, I think that you should add hyperlinks to the section you wrote because it helps the readers look up things that are mentioned that they might not know that much information about. Also, sometimes I felt like you were listing a lot of facts down, and even though many of these facts were intriguing, I think that relating these facts to the larger picture of the history of medicine would enhance the section you wrote. In the sentence "Currently on the University of Hawaii campus is a major building named Snyder Hall, housing research contributing the medical field," I think that you are missing a preposition between "contributing" and "the." Overall, I enjoyed reading your article and wish that I could travel as much as Snyder did. Brendanjhong (talk) 22:19, 22 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
