Coi/Autobio/disputed
[edit]This article has problems. The three museum collections I checked came back as negative, so I have removed those entries. This makes me doubt some of the other claims. There is also likely recent COI editing; the COI and Advert tags were recently removed.ThatMontrealIP (talk) 04:38, 26 September 2019 (UTC)
- Thank you for your observations. I am fairly new to editing.
I am interested in modern art and came across this article. It showed that it needed improvement and asked for help to do this. I corrected the incorrect reference format and then attempted to improve its neutrality. I obviously didn't do a good job of that and I would like to ask you with all the experience you have - how does one do that? I understand I need to check the other claims and also find museums and art galleries that do exhibit her works. I believe she is 'notable' considering the vast amount of publicity she has had over the years. As you say yourself "This is a little effort to help Wikipedia's gender gap.". Perhaps I can play a small part in doing that by having an error free article! Bzcons44 (talk) 08:27, 26 September 2019 (UTC)
I reiterate that there is no COI. I am disappointed that there has been no response to my comments above. The template message reads “This article has multiple issues. Please help improve it or discuss these issues on the talk page.”
I attempted to improve it and the result was a quick rejection based on assumptions. I have now written on the talk page with no response. I have no COI yet I feel sympathy for Laura Myntti as I believe she is being unfairly victimised.
For this reason, I have now spent some time doing so more research and have updated the article accordingly. Hopefully this time it won’t be rejected.
