No offense, but is the author aware of this page? Her own Web site has more information. It wouldn't take much, but this article needs a little more substance.

Is there anything in wikipedia policy about informing authors of wiki articles on them? I did send in a couple of questions to her official website but got no response. Data from official website should not be replicated, only pertinent information posted here. Snowybeagle (talk) 02:41, 23 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Is it OK to paraphrase information from a source? I presume it is. For example, I have copies of some of Rowland's books and they contain information about her in the back of the book. Could I add some facts from those to this article? --Lance E Sloan (talk) 19:59, 22 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Shouldn't there be references to other authors writing similar kind of mystery novels set in ancient Japan and China, namely I. J. Parker (novels set in Heian Period Japan) and Robert van Gulik (novels set in T'ang Dynasty China; he could be considered the father of this particular sub-genre of mystery/historical writing)? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.101.185.82 (talk) 21:49, 31 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
