Possible POV

[edit]

The article contains phrases and unsourced claims such as 'The major evil consequences of it has been the old bill' and 'The state should further contribute towards some form of welfare payments.' and' There has been no provision for a compulsory Social Impact Assessment and lastly no recognition of an indigenous rights'. --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 03:47, 10 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This article has some serious POV issues, the whole thing is written to condem everything thats going on (which is probably deserved). But is unencyclopedic without proper sources.Beefcake6412 (talk) 20:58, 27 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

constitutionally accepted right

[edit]

This Indian law is an old European history transferred to India by invaders. This property law in Indian history has three paltry characters to rule humans.Brahmins Kashtriya and Vaishya. Legalization is under government.Constitution has formed the government and describes the importance of socialist economy. As per constitution there is no lines or words that gives place to private, personal or capitalist economy. There is no legalization of private property,so to be called "no person shall be deprived of his property save by authority of law." Constitution clearly shows that the legalization of property should be under government only. This clearly makes a country socialist. Would you like to be the next Peasant? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 106.67.30.11 (talk) 06:09, 4 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Grammatical Disruption of Flow

[edit]

Numerous grammatical errors, such as the first sentence of the "Proposed Amendments" section, detract from the meaning of the words and create a strange flow that presents to be almost unreadable or very unclear at times with regards to what organization or party is doing what.
