dictionary definition or disambiguation?

This page is becoming a bit of a grab-bag, because the term can refer to so many things. I have tagged it as a disambiguation page, even though it isn't written as one, because I think that's the way it should develop. --Slashme (talk) 15:16, 28 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The former supposed Dab page "Overage" is renamed to Land-sale overage with the sections on senses other than "Land-sale overage" removed, respectively:
