Killing a different man

It was always my understanding that the phrase "killing a different man" was a reference to the out-of-sequence episode where Mallory Archer says "Three weeks later, I was in Tunisia, killing a man." The episode when Lana says "killing a different man" was written to air later in the season, hence the "different man" she killed.
