Merge discussion

[edit]

There's no reason to have two articles when only one has any real info in it. I propose merging them. If, in the future, the article becomes too large, then we can discuss splitting it. As it is, there's barely enough material for one article between the two. ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 22:59, 25 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed, merge. Snarfies 00:39, 4 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Someone add in the live action adaptaion to be produced by Tokyopop announcement. http://www.tokyopop.com/506.html

They are, ultimately, the same manga/anime. There's no reason whatsoever there should be 2 seperate articles.

Spoilers Ahead

[edit]

GEE, Thanks for the spoilers under the Anime section! I was reading this thinking of whether I might want to see it or not. Forget that now! Yanqui9 (talk) 01:59, 2 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Relationship Questionable

[edit]

I think there is a much deeper meaning in this anime. I don't the relationship between Shizuna and Chizuna is really questionable as he seemed to deeply care about his kids since Kazuna didn't contract the disease he sent him to live with his colleage so he can live normally. I think it was just gossip started by people since Shizuna was living alone with his daughter which is a common thing that still happens today. From the the beginning of the anime Chizuna seems to feel guilty that her father commited suicide because of her constantly drinking her father's blood. She also said she was afraid she will do the same to Kazuna (her brother) that is why she kept on increasing the dosage of the medicine Dr. Minase made continuing Shizuna's research which it taking a toll on her already weak heart. Before Shizuna commited suicide he called his colleage taking care of Kazuna to take care of Chizuna also when he died. I think Shizuna realized his daughter is going to die alot earlier than Dr. Minase knowing that he felt like he failed his family and commited suicide. Chizuna also admitted she always liked Dr. Minase and during the time when Dr. Minase asked Chizuna to leave with him but she said she can never leave her father (thinking about her disease similar to what Kazuno was thinking when Yaegashi said she wanted to be with him) and this was before Minase became a doctor. 65.24.52.9 (talk) 18:52, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Director?

[edit]

It says: Directed by Gisaburō Sugii but here http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0777881/?ref_=nv_sr_1 it says Director: Junji Hanado. So who's the director? 70.26.0.91 (talk) 23:53, 22 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
