History reference and Egas Moniz

[edit]

The source for the history section links to the municipality's website. I believe it may be a book, but it's not a book I have access to, so I was unable to verify the written information.

In relation to that, I was unable to verify who the Egas Moniz mentioned in the writing is. Egas Moniz I de Ribadouro and Egas Moniz o Aio are two people of that name with connections to Lamego, but neither of them match the dates in the article. The article was previously linking to António Egas Moniz, but that was obviously incorrect, so I removed that.

If someone can verify that, it'd be wonderful. FilipeMRGouveia (talk) 14:12, 21 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
