Talk:Lambert (unit)

Correct unit symbol "L", "la", or "Lb"?

The English WP article states, that the unit symbol for Lambert would be L, however, the German WP article lists it as la and the Slovakian WP article gives Lb instead. Which one is correct, or have different unit symbols been used in different countries? --Matthiaspaul (talk) 23:50, 14 August 2011 (UTC)
