User:175.103.25.137 has been trying to get the disambiguation note at the top of the page, to the point that they have now violated the 3RR. I was only reverting their edits and advised them on their talk page to use proper formatting if the note is necessary. I didn't myself put in the note because I don't think it is necessary. I am not sure if I can violate the 3RR to undo this as it tows the line between vandalism and constructive. So, would someone please do something about this page? Either remove the note or format it, but beware that I have already tried removing and it didn't work. Usedtobecool✉️✨12:54, 24 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
