Please follow style guidelines

For example, according to MOS:SURNAME refer to the person by surname only, after the first mention of the full name. We do not use the "Dr." prefix, nor "Mrs.". Also we capitalize proper nouns only, not generic positions like "president" or "chairman". German capitalizes all nouns, and company promotional publications use capitals to make a person sound more impressive, but Wikipedia is intended to be neutral in tone.
