External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Lal Chand. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:

Lal Chand (member of National Assembly) → Lal Chand Malhi – Most of the sources cited in the article refer to this politician by his full name. If we do the same, it will provide WP:NATURAL disambiguation. See Lal Chand (disambiguation), and please note that this is not the only Lal Chand who is a Pakistani politician. — BarrelProof (talk) 16:02, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
- Support as the original proposer. @BarrelProof thank you for including the rule and phrasing it in a better way. In the refs, Dawn, Hindustan times and his official profile all mention his surname. Venkat TL (talk) 19:53, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
- Yes, one of the Dawn articles includes "
MahdiMalhi". So does The New York Times. The Al Jazeera article doesn't seem to mention him at all, so it doesn't count one way or the other. I think there are three sources that use "Lal Chand" without "MahdiMalhi" (two of the Dawn articles and Pakistan Today). Out of 7 accessible sources that mention him, 4 include "MahdiMalhi" and 3 do not. — BarrelProof (talk) 20:19, 11 March 2022 (UTC)- @BarrelProof you mean "Malhi" [1]. Venkat TL (talk) 20:47, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
- Yes, sorry for the mixup. — BarrelProof (talk) 23:56, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
