There seem to be sources that establish notability, unfortunately the bulk are in French. I'm going to flag it for project help. TravellingCarithe Busy Bee 15:53, 13 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Here's the Guardian in 2002 which should be reliable in English. Not sure how to proceed from here though, this seems barely enough to do more than establish some notability in English.MLauba (talk) 00:13, 14 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
