Needs reorganized
[edit]August 1 2016 -- the organization of this page is counter-productive. Eliminate places categories and combine as one easily eye-scan-able alphabetized list or at least put lakes first. Just added Lake George (New York), what turns out a second time as data was hidden far too far down. // FrankB 14:21, 2 August 2016 (UTC)
