I merged the existing references into a reflist because I wasn't sure how to go about citing the same source twice without one (other than ending up with two identical sources with two numerical citation indicators in the body of the text, which didn't seem preferable to a reflist), but in the course of cleaning up and reading what to do with the references not cited in the text, I found text in the help indicating one shouldn't convert normal references to a reflist without consensus. Being that this is a small article, I figured I would just go ahead and do it, but if someone wants to further clean up the reflist, feel free -- in fact, I'm not even sure whether I should have cited my source twice, or just once at the end of the paraphrased material.
