Sentence does not make sense
[edit]"The first inhabitants arrived in 1798, exiled from Bourbon for taking part in a political rebellion there. They were supposed to be sent to the East Indies, but bribed the captain to ship them to Seychelles instead where many had relatives."
How can they be the first, but already have relatives on the island?
It seems part of the article suggests people had remained on the island from an earlier visitation, but this section needs to be modified to make sense.

Some more edits to take into consideration
[edit]The people of La Digue Island being called the Diguois is not referenced by any source.
Source 5 is not reliable, being a travel website, and the link also does not open any longer.
