[edit]La Barra and the Screaming Eagles (another United Supporters group) are widely considered the most active and best supporters groups in MLS. Um, no, they're not, Section 8 in Chicago is.--Milicz 22:57, 23 February 2006 (UTC)
- It should probably say "among the best" given the Loyalists, Section 8 Chicago, and even the LARS. There's a small NPOV problem here, but it's not too bad. I don't think you can dispute that La Barra Brava is definately in the elite class of the league, given the recognition they receive. --ZoomZip 03:15, 24 February 2006 (UTC)
Not Widely

Barra Brava

Best supporters groups
[edit]Saying they are widely considered the best is true. Many people consider them the best. Saying "they are the best" would be an opinion.
Also, I don't think Section 8/whatever the various supporters groups in Chicago are/etc. can match the SE/BB's organization. The SE/BB's come the closest in MLS to traditional supporters groups in Europe or South America - where it's not just about the game day, but that the supporters groups are actually community organizations. Both the SE's and the BB's are really active in many an various ways - the Barra Brava even sponsored a concert by the band Ozomatli.

Relevant/Notable/Important?
[edit]Is this page even notable? How is a fan club worthy of an encyclopedia entry, especially a MLS fan club? MLS fans are so small in number in America and the fan clubs are an even smaller fraction of that group.130.127.3.249 (talk) 18:34, 29 February 2008 (UTC)JML
women's national team?
[edit]I've just disambiguated the United States link in the lead to United States men's national soccer team. If they also support the women's team then a separate link should be added. Nick Number (talk) 21:49, 8 May 2014 (UTC)
