As of May 13, Judge Candy Dale has overturned the gay marriage ban in Idaho. That is correct and is not disputed. The Ninth Circuit has issued a stay and the case is under appeal. I am going to remove the disputed article marker. MarkGT (talk) 16:26, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
