There is absolutely no way that an article of 125 words can be considered to be broad, per GA criteria #3. I recognize that it is likely there is a paucity of coverage, as is common for less well-known authors, but if she is notable, there must be something more. JohnRussell, your account is old enough and has enough edits that you should have access to the resources of the Wikipedia Library, which gives editors in good standing access to a huge pile of newspaper and academic databases for free. I highly recommend checking it out - if Madigan is notable, there's likely some newspaper coverage of her there that will help you expand the article. At this stage, it has to be a quickfail as being too far from one of the most significant GACR.
