Arguably useful addition
[edit]The following data was posted without verifying source citations. It has been moved here pending verfication ... but the more interesting question has to do with whether this kind of additional information would be potentially helpful in all the Nengō articles? Such a project would involve a lot of work for someone -- but it's not something I'm interested in developing. Presumably, the editor who added these two sections also felt unwilling to invest the level of work needed for full metastasis?
Births of the Kyōroku era
[edit]- Kyōroku gannen or Kyōroku 1 (1528): Odai no Kata (mother of Tokugawa Ieyasu) [died Keichō 7 (1602)].
- Kyōroku 3, the 21st day of the 1st month (February 18, 1530): Uesugi Kenshin, general [died Tenshō 6 (1578)].
In brief, the question becomes "Is this a good idea?" --Tenmei (talk) 19:37, 2 March 2009 (UTC)
