I removed a lot of promotional language and cleaned up the article's overall WP:TONE. There remain claims that Wenner was the first 3D pavement artist and that other contemporary practitioners came after him, but there is no documentation to back up these claims. If nobody can supply references to WP:RS, I will remove the claims of priority of invention. Aside from breathless praise, there was no mention of how Wenner came to develop his artistic style, and nothing about his artistic process, only unsupported sniping at other artists which I removed.
