I oppose the move, after basic research ti seems the groups are not one in the same, reflected in article and noted with sources. --zero faults |sockpuppets| 16:39, 29 August 2006 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Tak Flag.jpg
Image:Tak Flag.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

i think ,we should add the aricels of tak in thsi wiki page. " our point were the turkish polices "
on website is of tak "if we really wanted to kill the civilians, then we could make it on October 29 (on the holiday of the Republic) make ... So taks was attacked on policemen and tactical means, It is only the highest ever of 1-2 civilians injured. if not then to the city of Istanbul, who say names of the injured civilians. " So ...either way
I think bombing is s...t
. And the PKK has also warned tak with such attacks to stop, so no attacks on civilians .. .. Hope soon there is no more such incidents .. source: http://www.teyrenkurdistan.com you can leave the page with google translator to translate ... turkish-english —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.171.118.103 (talk) 13:45, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
I dont understand the tvs/media... why you never write here ,why these kurdish youth people attack on turkish civilians?
The TAK Organisation is not PKK ... Kurdish young people are TAK members because turkish terorist state kill only kurdish civilians.. Then .Why the world dont call turkish state as terror organisation ..?Turkish terrorist state killed in this month (ramadan) min. 10 kurdish civilians..adn TAK reported on their website http://www.teyrenkurdistan.com " We stopp our cease-fire against turkish civilians..because turkish faschist terorist state kill only kurdish civilians! And we warn the tourist ,please dont come more to turkey ,then you can die ,too..so we warn you ,then we are not responsible for these all.." So what i try to say... blood brings blood ..The Kurdish youth have seen only bitter times..they must leave their hometown because of turkish army in kurdistan..they lost their father..mother..sister..brother in turkey-pkk war,,,their country is still under occupation(turkey, iran, iraq, syria) and actually turkish state kill in a month(ramadan) min. 10 kurdish civilians(6 month old baby and 4 years old kid died too..) (see source 1) + Yesterday Kurdish BDP politician was killed by turkish terorist "soldiers" ..(see source 2)AND THEN its normal that kurdish youth attack on turkish civilians.. i dont understand why the tv/media dont report as 1. the true terror ..and why they dont report the true news...
here the sources..
1: +18 : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P_Ivei-p14M
2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0e0iuQD6kw
So, unfortunately, blood brings revenge ..And we have to see the true terror of the Turkish State Hope Wikipedia will also add this information ..

TAK Headquarters
I have removed the "Headquarters" field. It said "Qandil", but without any sources. PKK has headquarters in Qandil, but they deny having any relations to TAK. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.163.142.76 (talk) 18:48, 20 February 2016 (UTC)

A number of experts..
Who are those experts? They are experts of what? I read all sources and there is only some experts who share the same "belief" that they are linked or same. Some think they are same, others say they are not same but share the same ideology...
Also, majority of them are not experts, they are mainly journalists. As France24 journalist said Most experts but he didn't mentioned who they are and experts of what.
However, we can say some of experts, this is because of there is some experts who believe this. Otherwise, I will have to another statement which says a number of experts believe the TAK is not under control of the PKK and they are different groups. Ferakp (talk) 15:32, 18 March 2016 (UTC)
@GGT: So what that it is the Kurdish group? They are Turkish members and what does their name there affect the article?. Ferakp (talk) 15:43, 18 March 2016 (UTC)
- It's not really important whether we have the Turkish name. If they do have Turkish members, then it can stay, it is just that it seemed a bit irrelevant to me but then again it doesn't really matter.
- France24, Business Insider etc are very reliable sources. They would not feature a claim that a number of experts state that they are linked without actually researching the relevant literature and contacting a number of experts. The experts they would contact would obviously be relevant and it is important that journalists in such sources, who have the capacity to evaluate a great number of experts, state these findings. That they do not actually name the experts (which could be because of practical reasons) does not make their findings less reliable, France24 by itself is reliable enough to say that "a number of" experts state that they are linked. Nevertheless, we already have two named experts in the article that say that they are linked and one that suggests it. --GGT (talk) 16:08, 18 March 2016 (UTC)
- @Ferakp and GGT: There can be no doubt that a number of experts say the two groups were linked, while others say they weren't. Problem is that by its very wording, the sentence stresses the former, while relegating the latter to a minority position.
More importantly, whether the two are somehow "linked" or not is the completely wrong question. Some people say Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump were linked by a longstanding friendship, but in reality this doesn't mean anything at all. They are not linked in terms of one having control over the other, nor in terms of agreeing with or supporting each other's campaigns. Same holds here. There is no evidence, and there are no experts claiming that the PKK leadership had control over TAK, or would agree with, let alone actively support TAK's terrorist actions. --PanchoS (talk) 11:57, 19 March 2016 (UTC)

Wikipedia is neutral
Hi,
Dear user @PanchoS:, I would like to you know that the bombing is not considered it as a terrorist attack by all countries. There is ongoing conflict between the government an Kurds. Only some of those countries consider as a terrorist attack. Also, remember that Wikipedia is neutral, it's not the Turkish government's encyclopedia. Users could learn more about attack by visiting the article. Ferakp (talk) 12:00, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
