Added a tonne of content (I think this article was a stub before 8 Dec), though there's still some stuff to do (might get to this later this month, though not sure at the moment :) –
add content from sources listed in full citations section but not yet cited in article,
bring use of foreign terms into compliance with WP guidelines,
glossary section may need editing to comply with WP guidelines on glossary sections,
may want to re-organise constitution section (eg organise content by constitution type, ie unitary vs federated states),
authority and rights sections could use more details, though not sure if they're available in the literature,
economy and history sections could use more details, and I'm pretty sure these are available in the vars. sources listed (eg Roys 1943),
expand list section to include acceptance/rejection tallies for scholars other than Roys / Wallace,
expand legacy, especially subsections on scholarship, as these details are available in literature (eg in Graham 2011).
