Single-line article -- reverting to redirect

Dismic you deleted this page before I could save my changes, I saved them anyway since I didn't want to discard this. Please let me know why you keep reverting to the redirection? I agree that this page is a draft but is it really worth dropping it altogether? The redirection to Cgroups is anything but helpful...
Kubernetes does non-obvious things and it took me a while to understand the relation it had to Docker (if any). I think this article is helpful and warranted, since Kubernetes has hit 1.0 and is becoming commonplace. Let me know. --Remram44 (talk) 20:56, 16 October 2015 (UTC)

Hello! Having single-line articles doesn't make much sense, purely from the usability standpoint. However, I wasn't aware that you are still working on the article, which I apologize for. As a note, placing the {{Under construction}} hatnote is very useful in such cases. Update request to Kubernetes logo

As the title reads, the Kubernetes logo is off by a few pixels (one of the hands on the wheel is broken). I tried uploading the correct image but my account is fresh, as such I can't make those changes.

DC/OS is based on Mesos, not K8s...

"Mesosphere for its DC/OS product" is included as using K8s.

Information on significant partners, vendors and products should be based on independent sources, not on routine self-published announcements. If no independent media cared to report about it, it doesn't belong here (with some leeway regarding uncontroversial basic information about the product itself, see WP:SPS). Spring Cloud

I consider the comparison with Spring Cloud rather off topic. Spring Cloud is concerned with developing distributed Java applications whereas Kubernetes is a containerization solution. I propose to delete this section. Any other opinions? Thatdepends (talk) 13:06, 30 January 2019 (UTC)

@Thatdepends: The reason I added the comparison to Spring Cloud is that when it comes to microservices platforms, there pretty much are two options: Spring Cloud and Kubernetes. Yes, there are other smaller frameworks that support the realization of microservice concerns, but these two are the dominant frameworks. So, I consider this very much on topic. Its got nothing to do with the way that Kubernetes does its work (via containerization), but what kind of work it supports (microservice architectures. @Marvin The Paranoid: I think the link to microservices as an architecture pattern that is supported by Kubernetes is valid. Logo license

According to https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/master/logo/LICENSE, the logo is licensed under either Apache-2.0 or CC-BY-4.0. Should this allow the full logo to be used, rather than the shrunken one that's currently on the page? -- Hongooi (talk) 02:56, 28 May 2019 (UTC)

Need update to persistence section

It looks to me like the section on persistence is several years out of date. It should highlight the introduction of CSI for extending persistence.
