This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (Krishnahari Baral is very popular song writer, poet, professor, ghazal writer, and critic of Nepal. Look at fifteen very standard references (university related) given in the page. If wikipedia thinks this page does not deserved to be there, 90% of wikipedia should be deleted. How can a songwriter whose countless songs are popular among 90% of total population of Nepal be deleted? Look at the list of award Professor Baral has gotten.
