Krasnooktyabrsky or Krasnooktyabrskiy (Russian: Краснооктя́брьский or Краснооктябрьский)

Romanization of Russian in Wikipedia is done per WP:RUS. It does not invalidate other systems of romanization, of course, but in general, there is no need to try and jam as many variations in the first line (doing so is not in spirit of WP:MOSDAB, too). In addition, Russian spelling is not necessary in the lead line of disambiguation pages—it can be found in the first line of the articles being linked to from the disambig.
