Ghost town?

I'm pretty sure Kramer Hills is now a ghost town, but wasn't able to confirm this & I've never been there. Appears to be the site of the 1926 gold staking rush & deserted not many years after, per the BLM mining history report cited. If anyone's been to the site & could confirm....
