It is a nightmare to define the neighbourhood of the hospital as there is no legally defined boundary for HK neighbourhood , and the boundary for electoral boundaries are often not tie to neighbourhood. So, it may better just list as Kowloon City District. But the hospital is quite near to Kowloon Tong neighbourhood that famous for their school district, and Ma Tau Wai, another neighbourhood that more "grass root" .
