[edit]QUOTE: Land souteof Korapuzha is considered Thiruvithamkoor and North of Korapuzha is Kolathunadu. END OF QUOTE.
Land south of Korapuzha is not known as Thiruvithamkoor. Thiruvithamkoor (Travancore) is south of Cochin.-2405:204:d284:e969:d9bc:7e1b:9240:64cf
Thats wrong, it's a modern-day misconception. The Korapuzha River is the boundary between North Malabar and South Malabar, while Cochin-Travancore were separate kingdoms, much like two states of India. The establishment of the Korapuzha boundary and its associated taboos pitted the rulers of Kolathunad rulers against the zamorins. Reference - Report of the Malabar Marriage Commission. [1] - Vv.euxf
