All I can find in the cited sources is "两人苦恋15年", which sounds like there were feelings in at least one direction but not necessarily an affair. I think we need more unambiguous sourcing for this claim, especially in a BLP. The claim that Kong's three children have "come under criticism due to it being a violation of the one-child policy" doesn't seem to be supported by the cited sources either.
