As per WP:CONSENSUS, a lengthy discussion involving Wikipedia's editing community was conducted on this matter, and the consensus was to keep her name out of the article, regardless of whether her name appears in sources, in keeping with Wikipedia's policies, particularly those pertaining to WP:BLP, such as WP:AVOIDVICTIM, and other principles cited in relevant precedents.
