I agree. Something wrong in this value. The greater the ratio "mean free path to diameter" is, the closer we get to molecular flow, and the molecules interact with the walls and not with each other. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Navidor (talkcontribs) 15:58, 27 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

When the mean free path of the molecules in the gas is less than or equal to the diameter of the tube, the molecules will interact more often with the walls of the tube than with each other.
