The information in the article appears clearly to indicate that the historical significance of the site began (at least as far back as) in the 1600s, with the building of the wall and the first church. If I have misunderstood in regards to the establishment of the site as a pogost, I apologize for this error. In any case, the opening refers to the "historical site" whose date should not really be shown as a date range. Dr.Luke.sc (talk) 14:58, 24 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
