Why is the article and its talk separated?

The draft article is in userspace but it's talk page has been moved into mainspace. The talk page should be returned to the userspace so that development of the draft can continue. The article is not yet ready for mainspace. Roger (talk) 09:01, 9 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
