Now, his name goes as "Kiryl Olegovich Relikh" on the "Read" page, but that is not a good way to combine his Belarusian first and last names with the Russian patronymic (second name). His Belarusian passport should mention only first and last names on the title ("33rd") page containing the English version of names; there is usually no patronymic. So, if he has not undertook some special steps, and I believe it is so, he is Kiryl Relikh according to his Passport.
