Regarding the [citation needed] for "Since 1993, Kingsway has been a subsidiary of David C. Cook": I've been familiar with Kingsway for years and it was lot more recently than 1993 that "A division of David C Cook" started appearing on their products. The Cook name first appeared on the old Kingsway site between this snapshot in June 2009 and this one in January 2010. Likewise, mention of Kingsway on the DCC site only seems to have started in 2010, however the "Dave's History" page states that the Kingsway Trust joined Cook Communications Ministries in 1993. I have found an article from September 2009 which states that DCC bought out the remaining shares in Kingsway Communications from the Kingsway Trust, suggesting they had been a stakeholder only up until that point. Looking at the Companies House registrations just confuses things - the companies currently registered as "Kingway Communications Limited" and "Cook Communications Limited" swapped names in 2010 while the company that started life as Coverdale House in 1976 was known as Kingsway Communications from 1994-2002 and is now Thankyou Music Limited...
